What can AILAR validate?

AILAR can validate records for guest lists, tickets, memberships, reservations, courses, rentals, and other controlled access workflows. You decide what each code represents and the rules it follows.

Do operators need access to the admin dashboard?

No. Operators receive a focused scanner experience and can only access the systems assigned to them. Administrative controls remain separate.

Can a code expire or be used more than once?

Yes. Each system can enforce the access rules you choose, including expiry and usage limits. Validation remains server-backed so every operator sees the current result.

Do I need special scanner hardware?

No. AILAR runs in a modern browser and uses the camera on a supported phone or tablet. Manual code entry is available as a fallback.

Can I replace my list without losing history?

Plus and Pro can activate newer CSV versions while keeping their validation activity. Free includes one dataset per system; if you want to start again on Free, delete that system and create a new one.
